The Center has Four halls, 13 conference rooms, a fitness room, a tea room, a cooking space, and several other rooms and spaces available for the public to rent.

How to Rent

1. Check Room Availability

2. Submit the application form
      Send the application form by email, fax, or in person at the Service Center Counter.

3. Payment
   After submitting your application, an invoice will be sent to you.
   Please pay the fee at a designated convenience store, bank or at the service center before you use the facilities.
   If you plan to use our equipment which you will be charged for, the payment needs to be made after use.
4. Keys
   Pick up the facility keys at the Service Center Counter on the day you use it.
5. After use
   The equipment and fixtures are subject to fees.
   We will send the invoice to you.
